Shipping policy

SHIPPING & TRACKING

All TÉYLAM Butters shipments are processed and handled by couriers USPS or UPS. Once an order departs our facility, delivery is at the discretion and responsibility of the courier. 

In light of  COVID-19, certain restrictions and closures may impact your shipping time. Please adhere to the current shipping times provided by your courier. Contact your local courier’s office for more information regarding shipping times near you. 

Processing Disclaimer

Orders placed Mon-Thurs and Friday before noon EST will be processed within 1 - 2 business days of receipt. Orders that are placed Friday - Sunday or on observed federal holidays will process the following business day. 

Shipping Rates (Domestic)

Shipping rates are provided by the courier and determined by destination and total package weight. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout. 

Address Changes

If the shipping address on an order needs to be revised or changed after the order has been placed, please email teylambutters@gmail.com ASAP. Include the order number (i.e., #1234) and updated shipping address.
